Welcome
Welcome to the UAL Pilots forum
YOU MUST USE YOUR REAL NAME AS YOUR USERNAME WHEN YOU REGISTER. This is a private forum for UAL pilots to exchange news, information, and discussion on a variety of topics.

When you register, do NOT put your cell phone number in the advertisement.
In fact, when you get to this point in the registration process, you can just click away to another site, you don't have to continue for us to get your registration request. That cell phone thing is an ad placed there by our site host, and we have no control over it. There is a PASS link on the ad - just click PASS two or three times until the ad finally gives up. Other than that, registration is fast, simple, and absolutely free.

Your username must be your real name.
This means your username as in username/password that you will use to log in to the forum, the very first field on the registration page. We say this in several places during the registration process and still we get people registering with a username like "Big Joe" or "attackpilot123" or "TexAv8r". If your name is "Christopher Smith", feel free to use something like "Chris Smith" or even "C Smith".

Membership Qualifications
This forum is open only to active or retired UAL pilots (L-UAL or L-CAL or anyone hired post-merge). Our forum does not accept any full- or part-time management pilots, or any pilot who has crossed a lawful picket at their place of employment, regardless of current union membership status. No scabs, no exceptions.

New-hires
First of all, welcome to United! To register on this forum, your name and employee number need to appear in the United computer system so we can verify your name and employment status before activating your account. Please be patient; sometimes it takes a little while even after receiving your employee number for you to appear in the computer system.

And lastly...
There's just one person who activates membership requests. If I'm flying or sleeping when you register, it might be a few hours before I see that you registered and can activate your account. Thanks for your understanding!
